- The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging a product unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

- Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the original product.
- Upon receiving the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship the new model.
Refunds: Hydro Vitality is committed to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Here's how our refund process works:

Conditions for Refund:
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
- Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to customer misuse.

Shipping Costs:
- Shipping and restocking costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged at our fault.
- The shipping cost may vary depending on location of customer
- The restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the original order
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
