Exchanges, Refunds and Cancellations

 

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for customers who wish to choose another model. Here are the key details:

  • Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are only available for customers who want to switch to a different model.
    • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges:

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging a product unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
  • Exchange Process:

    • Contact us at contact@shophydrovitality.com to initiate the exchange process.
    • Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the original product.
    • Upon receiving the returned product, we will process the exchange and ship the new model.

Refunds: Hydro Vitality is committed to your satisfaction with our products. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. Here's how our refund process works:

  • Conditions for Refund:

    • Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The product must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
    • Refunds will not be issued for products damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping and restocking costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged at our fault.
    • The shipping cost may vary depending on location of customer
    • The restocking fee is 10% of the cost of the original order
    • If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations: Orders must be canceled within 48 hours of placement to be eligible for a refund.

  • Requirements For Cancellation :

    • Cancellation must be requested within 48 hours of ordering.
    • If a cancellation request is made after 48 hours after placing the order, the product must be returned and you will follow our return proccess for a refund.
